1.1 By accessing or using Shoots' website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1.2 If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2.1 Shoots provides in-house creative services, including but not limited to branding, video production, content creation and design.
2.2 Any engagement of external partners or contractors will only occur with mutual written agreement.
3.1 "Deliverables" are the final creative assets provided by Shoots.
3.2 Clients are entitled to up to three (3) rounds of revisions per Deliverable at no additional cost.
3.3 Any further revisions will be billed at AUD$[service hourly rate] per hour.
4.1 A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is due upon engagement.
4.2 The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date ("Net 14").
4.3 Payments more than thirty (30) days overdue incur a late fee of AUD$90.
4.4 All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
